First, about 50 cats living in the luxury site of the benevolent lady are fed water and food by two people. Then, the team moves to a rented 3+1 apartment in a luxury neighborhood for sick and injured cats. Here, the 23 cats are examined one by one every evening by two veterinarians who alternate. Their medications are given, and bandaging is done. The veterinarian writes down the procedures related to the cats in a notebook and informs the lady by phone. The water and food team takes a taxi at midnight to a park in a luxury neighborhood on the Asian side of Istanbul. Approximately 250 cats are spread across seven regions in the park. Food and water are provided to the cats region by region. For those who appear to be unwell, food and medication supplements recommended by the veterinarian are given. The plastic food and water bowls for the cats are replaced with new ones every night. Due to high chlorine levels, spring water from bottles is served instead of tap water. Around dawn, the team moves to an apartment on the European side where 23 cats are located. Each room is disinfected separately. A new person joins the team here. The litter, food, and water for the cats are replaced with fresh supplies. A bedridden cat with all four legs broken can urinate and defecate every night with the help of the veterinarian. The estimated rent for the well-heated luxury apartment is between 60,000 and 100,000 Turkish lira. Videos of all the operations conducted throughout the night are recorded and sent to the lady. The packages of the best-quality dry and wet foods, litters, and supplements are opened in front of her, and the packaging is torn into pieces there. Empty packages of medications used by the veterinarian, serums, syringes, and old water and food containers are collected and returned to the lady's apartment as evidence. While it may seem that there is a lack of trust, that's not the case. For example, one water company filled the bottles with tap water instead of spring water and sold them to the lady. It seems she has had to take countermeasures accordingly. According to my research, this charitable movement has been ongoing for exactly 15 years.
