Who is Nura Aykanat?

Nura Aykanat began her career in 2004 at Pfizer's Sales Department, focusing on cardiovascular and respiratory fields. Between 2008 and 2016, she worked at Roche Pharmaceuticals in the Oncology team, specializing in solid tumors. She initially served in sales and later as a product manager responsible for various products in the marketing department. In 2016, she joined Takeda Turkey to establish the Oncology Business Unit under specific product lines. In 2017, she became the Oncology Business Unit Leader. Following this role, she took on the positions of Oncology Business Unit Director and Rare Genetic Diseases Business Unit Director. As of January 2025, Nura Aykanat was appointed as the General Manager of Takeda Turkey. Nura Aykanat has enhanced her leadership skills by attending leadership training at INSEAD and global operations management training at UCI. She has also contributed to her professional and personal development by completing Co-Active Coaching Training.
